Agricompra
During my time at Agricompra, my responsibilities ranged from full stack development to the creation of digital content.
I am proud of several areas I worked on during my stay at Agricompra. Here are some of the achievements reached:
Brand Positioning
One of Agricompra’s main challenges was the constant modification of its business model in recent years, which created a disconnect between old and new customers. When I joined the team, we launched a campaign to thoroughly explain how Agricompra works, its purpose, and how it can benefit both input suppliers and farmers of all sizes.

After attracting new prospects with the production of various content, the second stage of the campaign began:
Familiarizing users and prospects with the daily use of Agricompra, creating more than 30 video tutorials about the platform.
One of the biggest challenges was that the rapid development of new modules and tools created a technical barrier for users, which kept demand high in the customer service area.
To mitigate this, I dedicated myself to analyzing the most frequent questions reported to the support area and producing videos to help solve them:
Add Addresses
Reject Payments
Conclusion
Of course, there is a large amount of both web development and design work that will remain for internal use. However, this is a sample of the problems that were solved during my time there.
